Repetition begets success ... or so it seems.
I found a book talking about manifestation and what a powerful tool it is. I have goals, at least at the moment, which is also my problem. My goals are too transitory. I need to generate long-term goals and keep at it to reach them.
One reason for this website is the feeling that something needs to change. Yes I earn money, but ... the feeling persists. That is also one of the reasons for my flippant nature and information gathering.
So on Monday I will go out and buy a book to write my goals into ... as I don't have an empty book. Generate positive engagement and habits!
So I will add to my morning and evening routine the planning of my day goals, as well as reaffirmation of the long-term goals. For now I won't explain what I'll write, but maybe at some point it will be made public.
Speaking of positive habits: I actually am slowly getting more sporty. It's in the beginning stages, as my body was active a long time ago. But today, after around 1-2 month of daily small sport activities, my body starts to slowly change ... and I like that change.
Take a small advice: Don't just think and try to start ... just start. If you only think and plan around it, nothing will happen, as one tends to stagnate in your comfort zone. I slowly realize that starting, and not overthinking, seems to be the way.
